The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within the EU, Switzerland and the UK.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat-rate shipping fee is 8 euros. The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.
